I remember back in the day going to junk yards to look for parts to fix my car and being there for hours looking at the old cars that had been there for years rusting away in fields of tall grasses and weeds. The idea to draw this subject came from a simple trip to the refrigerator. I opened the door to find a snack, and when I grabbed the bag of cherries and started to wash them, I saw them in a drawing. So, I got my camera and snapped some photos of cherries and walla; the Black Cherries artwork was made. |  Piriform BreakdownGraphite on paper 5" X 9" Sold The piriform is a pear-shaped muscle located at the base of our spine. Inspired by the pain, I endured caused by this muscle, I created Piriform Breakdown. This artwork symbolizes the deterioration of man.
